  • Novice teams are a new addition to the Interstellar competitive programme and are perfect for those looking for a way to compete in a lower pressure, lower cost, lower commitment environment.

    novice teams are not ranked by number placement at a competition, but instead are ranked “good”, “excellent”, “outstanding” etc.

    • SHOES: £80 (REBEL RUTHLESS BLACKOUT CHEER SHOES - LINK WILL BE SENT UPON COMMITMENT TO TEAM FOR YOU TO PURCHASE. THESE MUST BE PURCHASED BY NO LATER THAN 31/08/25 FOR USE IN TRAINING)

    WE UNDERSTAND THAT AT THIS TIME OF YEAR, THERE ARE END OF YEAR SCHOOL EVENTS THAT MAY PROHIBIT AN ATHLETE OR DANCER FROM ATTENDING OUR TRYOUTS. WE ENCOURAGE STUDENTS TO DO WHATEVER POSSIBLE TO ATTEND THE TRYOUT DAY SO THEY CAN TRY STUNTING WITH OTHER TEAM MEMBERS ETC.

    HOWEVER, IF YOU CAN’T ATTEND THE GROUP TRYOUT PLEASE HEAD TO THE “CONTACT US” PAGE AND FILL IN A CONTACT FORM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO ARRANGE AN ALTERNATIVE TRYOUT.

    WE WILL NOT BE SEEING ANYONE FOR TRYOUTS AFTER THE OFFICIAL TRYOUT WEEK AS WE HEAD INTO CHOREOGRAPHY WEEK THE FOLLOWING WEEK. IF YOU TRY OUT AFTER THIS TIME YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR A TEAM, BUT MAY BE INVITED IN TO TRAIN WITH THE TEAM AS AN ALTERNATE.

  • NO SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR NOVICE TEAMS. HOWEVER, WE WILL ASK TO SEE ANY TUMBLE SKILLS YOU MAY HAVE (ABSOLUTELY FINE IF YOU DON’T HAVE ANY YET), AND WILL ALSO HAVE A GENTLE LOOK AT JUMPS AND DANCE SKILLS.

  • THERE ARE NO OFFICIAL ATTENDANCE OBLIGATIONS (APART FROM RED ZONE WEEKS, SEE BELOW) FOR OUR NOVICE TEAMS. HOWEVER, FOR A FUN AND STRESS-FREE COMPETITION EXPERIENCE FOR ALL INVOLVED IN THE NOVICE TEAMS, WE RECOMMEND FULL ATTENDANCE DURING TERM TIMES TO ENSURE ALL STUNTS CAN BE PROPERLY PRACTICED AHEAD OF COMPETITIONS.

    RED ZONE:

    THE THREE WEEKS BEFORE ANY COMPETITION ARE ABSOLUTELY MANDATORY AND MUST NOT BE MISSED FOR ANY REASON.

  • THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL BE ON THE DECLARATION FOR YOU TO SIGN UPON ACCEPTING A TEAM PLACEMENT ON A NOVICE TEAM:

    • IF A CHILD CHOOSES TO WITHDRAW FROM THE COMPETITION TEAM(S), THERE WILL BE NO DROPOUT FEE FOR NOVICE TEAMS. HOWEVER, THE 1 MONTH’S PAID NOTICE FEE FOR TRAINING WILL BE PAYABLE FROM THE 1ST OF THE NEXT MONTH, AND NO MONEY FOR UNIFORM OR COMPETITION FEES WILL BE REFUNDED.

    • MEMBERS OF THE INTERSTELLAR ALLSTARS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO COMPETE IN CHEER OR DANCE AT ANOTHER GYM OR PROGRAMME DURING THE SEASON THEY’VE COMMITTED TO.

    • IF A STUDENT OR THEIR PARENT DISPLAYS NEGATIVE BEHAVIOUR INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, BULLYING, SPREADING NEGATIVE INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROGRAMME, SHARING ROUTINE MATERIAL, OR ANYTHING THAT CAUSES PHYSICAL OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS TO ANY OTHER INTERSTELLAR COACH, PARENT OR STUDENT, THEY WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PROGRAMME IMMEDIATELY AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. THE SAME IS TRUE IF A STUDENT OR THEIR PARENT WILLFULLY DAMAGES INTERSTELLAR PROPERTY OR THE PROPERTY OF ANOTHER STUDENT OR ATHLETE.

    • WE ARE RENOWNED FOR OUR INCREDIBLE SPORTSMANSHIP AT EVENTS - IF A STUDENT OR THEIR PARENT DEMONSTRATES NEGATIVE BEHAVIOUR AT AN EVENT INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ARGUING WITH JUDGES, BEING RUDE TO EVENT STAFF OR OTHER ATHLETES OR THEIR PARENTS, DAMAGING EVENT PROPERTY OR ANYTHING THAT CAUSES PHYSICAL OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS TO ANOTHER PERSON, THEY WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE EVENT AND THE INTERSTELLAR ACADEMY IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT REFUND.

    • PARENTS HAVE RESPONSIBILITY FOR PERFORMING ATHLETES UP TO THE AGE OF 16. THE INTERSTELLAR STAFF ARE ONLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE STUDENTS DURING THEIR TIME IN WARM UP AT EVENTS.

    IN ADDITION TO THESE IMPORTANT POINTS, WE WILL ALSO ADD POINTS ABOUT SOCIAL MEDIA, ALCOHOL AND DRUG USE AND OTHER IMPORTANT SAFETY POINTS. THESE ARE TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF OUR ATHLETES AND INTEGRITY OF OUR PROGRAMME.

  • WE WILL BE hosting OUR ANNUAL SPACE RACE, AND THERE WILL BE SEPERATE RACES FOR NOVICE, PREP, ELITE AND DANCE TEAMS.

    POINTS CAN BE GAINED FOR YOUR TEAM BY ATTENDING ANY EXTRA CLASSES THAT WILL FORWARD YOUR TRAINING INCLUDING PAY AS YOU GO WEEKEND CLASSES, ANY CHEER WORKSHOPS AND CAMPS AND PRIVATE LESSONS, AS WELL AS MAKING NOTES ON YOUR COMPETITION PERFORMANCE.

    THERE WILL BE NO POINT DEDUCTIONS FOR NOVICE TEAMS.

    THE WINNING NOVICE TEAM OF THE SPACE RACE AT THE END OF SEASON 5 IN JULY 2027 WILL RECEIVE A PIZZA AND MOVIE NIGHT AND A SPACE RACE WINNERS BADGE.

    THE SPACE RACE IS TO ENCOURAGE STUDENTS TO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR THEIR TEAM AND THEIR OWN PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT, AND IS JUST FOR FUN!

    WE WILL ALSO HAVE A SPACE RACE MVP WHO WILL BE THE STUDENT WHO ATTENDS THE MOST EXTRA SESSIONS IN THE SEASON. THE SPACE RACE MVP WILL BE ACROSS ALL DIVISIONS (NOVICE, PREP, ELITE AND DANCE) AND WILL WIN EXCLUSIVE SPACE RACE 2027 MVP MERCH, PLUS 50% OFF THEIR TRAINING FEES FOR THE FOLLOWING SEASON!

  • PREP TEAMS ARE THE STEPPING STONE TO THE ELITE DIVISIONS.

    PREP IS A MODERATE TO HIGH COMPETITIVE DIVISION AND THE COSTS ARE HIGHER THAN NOVICE, BUT LOWER THAN ELITE. A BRIEF SUMMARY OF OUR PREP TEAM REQUIREMENTS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

    • 5 UK-BASED COMPETITIONS

    • OFFICIAL INTERSTELLAR PREP UNIFORM WITH SOCKS

    • PREP CHEER TEAMS WILL BE EXPECTED TO COMPLETE AN AT-HOME CONDITIONING AND FLEXIBILITY TRAINING ROUTINE 3 TIMES A WEEK

    • PREP CHEER TEAMS WILL BE REQUIRED TO ATTEND A FULL DAY TRAINING SESSION IN THE EASTER BREAK (SEE ADDITIONAL DATES)

    • HALF TERM TRAINING IS OPTIONAL FOR PREP TEAMS, BUT TRAINING IN THE EASTER BREAK (REGULAR AND ADDITIONAL) ARE MANDATORY

    • RED ZONE IS IN EFFECT FOR PREP TEAMS - NO ABSENCES IN THE 2 WEEKS LEADING UP TO A COMPETITION. ABSENCES DURING THIS TIME FRAME WILL RESULT IN THE ATHLETE LOSING THEIR PLACE ON THE TEAM AND BEING MOVED TO NOVICE / RECREATIONAL TEAMS.

    • AN ATHLETE CAN CROSSOVER BETWEEN PREP CHEER TEAMS AND CAN ALSO CROSSOVER ONTO DANCE TEAMS. PREP ATHLETES CANNOT CROSSOVER ONTO ELITE TEAMS.

    • ANY UNAUTHORISED ABSENCES (SEE ATTENDANCE POLICY PREP SECTION) FROM TERM TIME MANDATORY TRAINING SESSIONS WILL RESULT IN A WARNING. ANY FURTHER ABSENCES WILL RESULT IN DISMISSAL FROM THE TEAM.

    THE RED ZONE IS THE 3 WEEKS RUNNING UP TO ANY COMPETITION. IN THIS THREE WEEK PERIOD, THERE ARE NO ABSENCES EXCEPT ILLNESS WITH VOMITING.

    ANY RED ZONE ABSENCE WILL RESULT IN DISMISSAL FROM THE TEAM WITHOUT REFUND.

    RED ZONE ABSENCES WILL COST THE TEAM 250 POINTS IN THE SPACE RACE.

    GENERAL ATTENDANCE NOTES

    PLEASE ARRIVE 10 MINUTES EARLY FOR SESSION. REPEATED LATE ARRIVALS WILL COUNT AS ABSENCES.

    AUTHORISED ABSENCES MUST BE CLEARED BY THE COACHING TEAM NO LESS THAN 4 WEEKS AWAY FROM THE ABSENCE.

    IF A STUDENT MISSES A TERM-TIME TRAINING SESSION FOR ANY UNAUTHORISED REASON, A MEETING WILL BE CALLED WITH THE PARENTS TO DISCUSS THEIR TEAM PLACEMENT.   • THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL BE ON THE DECLARATION FOR YOU TO SIGN UPON ACCEPTING A TEAM PLACEMENT ON A PREP TEAM:

    • MEMBERS OF THE INTERSTELLAR ALLSTARS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO COMPETE IN CHEER OR DANCE AT ANOTHER GYM OR PROGRAMME DURING THE SEASON THEY’VE COMMITTED TO.

    • IF A STUDENT OR THEIR PARENT DISPLAYS NEGATIVE BEHAVIOUR INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, BULLYING, SPREADING NEGATIVE INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROGRAMME, SHARING ROUTINE MATERIAL, OR ANYTHING THAT CAUSES PHYSICAL OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS TO ANY OTHER INTERSTELLAR COACH, PARENT OR STUDENT, THEY WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PROGRAMME IMMEDIATELY AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. THE SAME IS TRUE IF A STUDENT OR THEIR PARENT WILLFULLY DAMAGES INTERSTELLAR PROPERTY OR THE PROPERTY OF ANOTHER STUDENT OR ATHLETE.

    • WE ARE RENOWNED FOR OUR INCREDIBLE SPORTSMANSHIP AT EVENTS - IF A STUDENT OR THEIR PARENT DEMONSTRATES NEGATIVE BEHAVIOUR AT AN EVENT INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ARGUING WITH JUDGES, BEING RUDE TO EVENT STAFF OR OTHER ATHLETES OR THEIR PARENTS, DAMAGING EVENT PROPERTY OR ANYTHING THAT CAUSES PHYSICAL OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS TO ANOTHER PERSON, THEY WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE EVENT AND THE INTERSTELLAR ACADEMY IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT REFUND.

    • PARENTS HAVE RESPONSIBILITY FOR PERFORMING ATHLETES UP TO THE AGE OF 16. THE INTERSTELLAR STAFF ARE ONLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE STUDENTS DURING THEIR TIME IN WARM UP AT EVENTS.

    • THE ATTENDANCE POLICY WILL HAVE TO BE AGREED TO

    THE SPACE RACE ENCOURAGES ATHLETES AS INDIVIDUALS TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THEIR ROLE IN THEIR TEAM’S SUCCESS, BOTH THE GOOD AND THE BAD, IN A FUN WAY. THE SPACE RACE IS TO ENCOURAGE STUDENTS TO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR THEIR TEAM AND THEIR OWN PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT, AND IS JUST FOR FUN!

  • ELITE TEAMS ARE FOR MORE EXPERIENCED ATLETES OR THOSE WILLING TO PUT IN THE EXTRA WORK TO BECOME THE BEST OF THE BEST.

    ELITE (IASF) IS A HIGHLY COMPETITIVE DIVISION FOR THOSE WHO THRIVE IN A HIGHER-PRESSURE ENVIRONMENT. A BRIEF SUMMARY OF OUR ELITE TEAM REQUIREMENTS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

    • 7 UK-BASED COMPETITIONS

    • OFFICIAL INTERSTELLAR NEW ELITE UNIFORM WITH SOCKS

    • ELITE CHEER TEAMS WILL BE EXPECTED TO COMPLETE AN AT-HOME CONDITIONING AND FLEXIBILITY TRAINING ROUTINE 5 TIMES A WEEK

    • MEMBERS OF THE INTERSTELLAR ALLSTARS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO COMPETE IN CHEER OR DANCE AT ANOTHER GYM OR PROGRAMME DURING THE SEASON THEY’VE COMMITTED TO.

    • IF A STUDENT OR THEIR PARENT DISPLAYS NEGATIVE BEHAVIOUR INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, BULLYING, SPREADING NEGATIVE INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROGRAMME, SHARING ROUTINE MATERIAL, OR ANYTHING THAT CAUSES PHYSICAL OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS TO ANY OTHER INTERSTELLAR COACH, PARENT OR STUDENT, THEY WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PROGRAMME IMMEDIATELY AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. THE SAME IS TRUE IF A STUDENT OR THEIR PARENT WILLFULLY DAMAGES INTERSTELLAR PROPERTY OR THE PROPERTY OF ANOTHER STUDENT OR ATHLETE.

    • WE ARE RENOWNED FOR OUR INCREDIBLE SPORTSMANSHIP AT EVENTS - IF A STUDENT OR THEIR PARENT DEMONSTRATES NEGATIVE BEHAVIOUR AT AN EVENT INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ARGUING WITH JUDGES, BEING RUDE TO EVENT STAFF OR OTHER ATHLETES OR THEIR PARENTS, DAMAGING EVENT PROPERTY OR ANYTHING THAT CAUSES PHYSICAL OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS TO ANOTHER PERSON, THEY WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE EVENT AND THE INTERSTELLAR ACADEMY IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT REFUND.

    • PARENTS HAVE RESPONSIBILITY FOR PERFORMING ATHLETES UP TO THE AGE OF 16. THE INTERSTELLAR STAFF ARE ONLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE STUDENTS DURING THEIR TIME IN WARM UP AT EVENTS.

    • THE ATTENDANCE POLICY WILL HAVE TO BE AGREED TO

  • WE WILL BE RUNNING OUR ANNUAL SPACE RACE, AND THERE WILL BE SEPERATE RACES FOR NOVICE, PREP / ELITE AND DANCE TEAMS.

    POINTS CAN BE GAINED FOR YOUR TEAM BY ATTENDING ANY EXTRA CLASSES THAT WILL FORWARD YOUR TRAINING INCLUDING PAY AS YOU GO WEEKEND CLASSES, ANY CHEER WORKSHOPS AND CAMPS AND PRIVATE LESSONS, AS WELL AS MAKING NOTES ON YOUR COMPETITION PERFORMANCE.

    THE SPACE RACE ENCOURAGES ATHLETES AS INDIVIDUALS TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THEIR ROLE IN THEIR TEAM’S SUCCESS, BOTH THE GOOD AND THE BAD, IN A FUN WAY. THE SPACE RACE IS TO ENCOURAGE STUDENTS TO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR THEIR TEAM AND THEIR OWN PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT, AND IS JUST FOR FUN!

    THE WINNING PREP / ELITE TEAM OF THE SPACE RACE AT THE END OF SEASON 5 IN JULY 2027 WILL RECEIVE A PIZZA PARTY SLEEPOVER AT THE STUDIO, WINNERS BADGES AND WINNERS VELCRO CAP PATCHES.

  • ELITE DANCE TEAMS ARE HIGHLY COMPETITIVE TEAMS AND REQUIRE TECHNICAL SKILLS AND A STRONG AND CONFIDENT PERFORMANCE ABILITY.

    WE ARE HOPING TO FIELD TEAMS IN HIP HOP, POM, LYRICAL AND JAZZ. A BRIEF SUMMARY OF OUR ELITE TEAM REQUIREMENTS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

    • 5 UK-BASED COMPETITIONS

    • STUNNING COSTUMES

    • ELITE DANCE TEAMS WILL BE EXPECTED TO COMPLETE AN AT-HOME CONDITIONING AND FLEXIBILITY TRAINING ROUTINE 3 TIMES A WEEK (THESE COUNT TOWARDS YOUR CHEER AT HOME TRAINING FOR CROSSOVERS)

    • IF A STUDENT OR THEIR PARENT DISPLAYS NEGATIVE BEHAVIOUR INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, BULLYING, SPREADING NEGATIVE INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROGRAMME, SHARING ROUTINE MATERIAL, OR ANYTHING THAT CAUSES PHYSICAL OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS TO ANY OTHER INTERSTELLAR COACH, PARENT OR STUDENT, THEY WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PROGRAMME IMMEDIATELY AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. THE SAME IS TRUE IF A STUDENT OR THEIR PARENT WILLFULLY DAMAGES INTERSTELLAR PROPERTY OR THE PROPERTY OF ANOTHER STUDENT OR ATHLETE.

    • WE ARE RENOWNED FOR OUR INCREDIBLE SPORTSMANSHIP AT EVENTS - IF A STUDENT OR THEIR PARENT DEMONSTRATES NEGATIVE BEHAVIOUR AT AN EVENT INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ARGUING WITH JUDGES, BEING RUDE TO EVENT STAFF OR OTHER ATHLETES OR THEIR PARENTS, DAMAGING EVENT PROPERTY OR ANYTHING THAT CAUSES PHYSICAL OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS TO ANOTHER PERSON, THEY WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE EVENT AND THE INTERSTELLAR ACADEMY IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT REFUND.

    • PARENTS HAVE RESPONSIBILITY FOR PERFORMING ATHLETES UP TO THE AGE OF 16. THE INTERSTELLAR STAFF ARE ONLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE STUDENTS DURING THEIR TIME IN WARM UP AT EVENTS.

    • THE ATTENDANCE POLICY WILL HAVE TO BE AGREED TO

    IN ADDITION TO THESE IMPORTANT POINTS, WE WILL ALSO ADD POINTS ABOUT SOCIAL MEDIA, ALCOHOL AND DRUG USE AND OTHER IMPORTANT SAFETY POINTS. THESE ARE TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF OUR ATHLETES AND INTEGRITY OF OUR PROGRAMME.

  • WE WILL BE LAUNCHING OUR ANNUAL SPACE RACE, AND THERE WILL BE SEPERATE RACES FOR NOVICE AND PREP / ELITE / DANCE TEAMS.

    POINTS CAN BE GAINED FOR YOUR TEAM BY ATTENDING ANY EXTRA CLASSES THAT WILL FORWARD YOUR TRAINING INCLUDING PAY AS YOU GO WEEKEND CLASSES, ANY DANCE WORKSHOPS AND CAMPS AND PRIVATE LESSONS, AS WELL AS MAKING NOTES ON YOUR COMPETITION PERFORMANCE.

    ANY UNAUTHORISED ABSENCES WILL COST THE TEAM 100 POINTS EACH AND ANY RED ZONE ABSENCES WILL COST THE TEAM 250 POINTS.

    THE SPACE RACE ENCOURAGES ATHLETES AS INDIVIDUALS TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THEIR ROLE IN THEIR TEAM’S SUCCESS, BOTH THE GOOD AND THE BAD, IN A FUN WAY. THE SPACE RACE IS TO ENCOURAGE STUDENTS TO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR THEIR TEAM AND THEIR OWN PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT, AND IS JUST FOR FUN!

    THE WINNING DANCE TEAM OF THE SPACE RACE AT THE END OF SEASON 5 IN JULY 2027 WILL RECEIVE A PIZZA PARTY SLEEPOVER AT THE STUDIO, WINNERS BADGES AND WINNERS VELCRO CAP PATCHES.

    WE WILL ALSO HAVE A SPACE RACE MVP WHO WILL BE THE STUDENT WHO ATTENDS THE MOST EXTRA SESSIONS IN THE SEASON. THE SPACE RACE MVP WILL BE ACROSS ALL DIVISIONS (NOVICE, PREP, ELITE AND DANCE) AND WILL WIN EXCLUSIVE SPACE RACE 2027 MVP MERCH AND 50% OFF THEIR TRAINING FEES FOR THE FOLLOWING SEASON!

  • OUR DISNEY TEAMS ARE TOTALLY SEPERATE FROM THE ABOVE FULL SEASON TEAMS AND WILL TRAIN AND PERFORM UP TO THE CHRISTMAS SHOW. THE SIGN UP / TRYOUT PROCESS IS DIFFERENT FOR THESE TEAMS - EVERYONE WHO WANTS TO ATTEND WILL GET TO COMPETE IN SOME CAPACTITY. WE WILL HOLD “TRYOUTS”, NOT TO SEE WHO WILL BE GOING BECAUSE EVERYONE WHO WANTS TO CAN, BUT TO TO ASCERTAIN WHICH TEAMS WE CAN FIELD FROM WHO SIGNS UP. PLEASE NOTE, IF WE DO NOT GET ENOUGH ATHLETES SIGN UP TO ATTEND, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RUN THE TRIP.

    WE WON’T BE OFFERING ALL THE DIVSIONS ABOVE BUT THESE ARE THE POTENTIAL DIVISIONS WE CAN FIELD. AFTER TRYOUTS, WE WILL PUT TOGETHER TEAMS BASED ON YOUR TRYOUT FORMS AND THE SKILLS AND AGES WE SEE.

    YOU’LL BE INFORMED OF WHICH TEAMS YOU’VE BEEN SELECTED FOR AFTER OUR DISNEY TRYOUTS. IF YOU NO LONGER WISH TO COMPETE BASED ON THE TEAMS WE CAN OFFER (FOR EXAMPLE WE MAY ONLY BE ABLE TO OFFER YOU A SOLO IF WE HAVE NO OTHER OPTIONS OR DON’T HAVE THE NUMBERS FOR CERTAIN AGE GROUPS), YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED.

    TRAINING WILL BE ON SUNDAYS FROM 11 - 5 PM (YOU WON’T BE REQUIRED FOR THE FULL TIME, A SCHEDULE WILL BE RELEASED AFTER TRYOUTS). SOLO / DUO TRAINING MAY OCCUR DURING THE WEEK BUT WE WILL ARRANGE THIS WITH THE INDIVIDUALS AFTER TRYOUTS.

    THE TRIP DATES ARE FRI 27TH NOVEMBER - SUN 29TH DECEMBER 2026. ATHLETES MUST BE IN PARIS ON FRIDAY 27TH NOVEMBER. THE COMPETITION IS ON SATURDAY 28TH / SUN 29TH NOVEMBER 2026. WE DO NOT HAVE PERFORMANCE TIMES AND WILL NOT HAVE THEM UNTIL MUCH CLOSER TO THE TRIP, SO WE RECOMMEND NOT TRAVELLING BACK UNTIL THE MONDAY.

    AFTER THE TRIP, THE DISNEY TEAMS WILL DISBAND. PLEASE ENSURE YOU CAN COMMIT TO ALL DATES INCLUDING COMPETITION DATES BEFORE CHOOSING TO TRY OUT FOR OUR TEAMS. PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE PREPARED TO FUNDRAISE THE COST OF THE TRIPS BEFORE COMMITING TO THE TEAMS.

    IF YOU CAN’T MAKE TRYOUTS

    WE UNDERSTAND THAT AT THIS TIME OF YEAR, THERE ARE END OF YEAR SCHOOL EVENTS THAT MAY PROHIBIT AN ATHLETE OR DANCER FROM ATTENDING OUR TRYOUTS. WE ENCOURAGE STUDENTS TO BE AT THE GROUP ASSESSMENTS SO THEY CANT TRY STUNTING WITH OTHER TEAM MEMBERS ETC.

    HOWEVER, IF YOU CAN’T ATTEND THE GROUP TRYOUT PLEASE HEAD TO THE “CONTACT US” PAGE AND FILL IN A CONTACT FORM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO ARRANGE AN ALTERNATIVE TRYOUT.

    WE WILL NOT BE SEEING ANYONE FOR TRYOUTS AFTER THE OFFICIAL TRYOUT DAY AS WE NEED TO PUT TEAMS TOGETHER.

  • WE WILL BE ASSESSING ATHLETES AND DANCERS EXISTING TUMBLE, STUNT, DANCE AND JUMP SKILLS TO SEE WHICH TEAMS WE CAN FIELD. THIS IS A FUN AND INFORMAL TRYOUT.

  • WHILE WE HAVE CHOSEN NOT TO IMPLEMENT AN ATTENDANCE POLICY FOR OUR DISNEY TEAMS, WE WANT TO DO THE BEST WE CAN SO IF YOU FORSEE THAT YOU ARE LIKELY TO MISS TRAINING FOR ANY REASON OTHER THAN ILLNESS, WE WOULD ASK YOU TO CONSIDER THAT THIS MAY NOT BE THE TRIP FOR YOU, PARTICULARLY AS THIS IS A SHORT TRAINING PERIOD (SEPTEMBER - DECEMBER) SO FULL ATTENDANCE IS ESSENTIAL FOR SUCCESSFUL PLACEMENTS.

    ATTENDANCE AT THE CHOREO WEEKEND (12TH AND 13TH SEPTEMBER) IS MANDATORY.
